Font too big in lists (bullet points or numbered) on OBF pages

e.g. on https://www.open-bio.org/2021/10/06/two-new-members-elected-to-obf-board/, the numbered list near the end
https://www.open-bio.org/2021/09/11/obf-public-board-meeting-2021-09-21/ bullet point lists

but on BOSC pages (at least in some blocks) the font size in bullet point lists is fine, e.g. https://www.open-bio.org/events/bosc-2021/

I think <ul/> makes the font too big (maybe also <ol/>)?

Hi @nlharris, I would like to help with this issue. I think if we just change font-size from class ".single-content ul li" to 16px then it should be fine. Should I go ahead with this change?
