Improve tool modal pop-up

User Story

As a tooling site user I want to glean as much possible information when I select a tool from the categories pages.

Detailed Requirement

The modal pop-up only contains the barebones information atm. It should be updated to include:

• Source repository platform (GitHub, Gitlab, etc.)
• Avatar for repository owner
• Pleasantly formatted dates
• Excerpt from README, formatted from original Markdown
• Links to the tool homepage/repository (for ease-of-reference)

In addition to above, it would be useful to also have the home and possibly repository links in the popup (for 1-click navigation).
