I'm currently using this MSBuild to add a README.md file to packages:
When this gets included in a project, the README.md file gets packaged into a lot more places than maybe expected:
This then has the weird effect that the README.md file appears in projects that consume these packages as a linked file, which I really don't want:
I'm sure there's some setting somewhere that prevents this, but I couldn't find it. I basically followed the instructions on this page https://devblogs.microsoft.com/nuget/add-a-readme-to-your-nuget-package/ to set up all the README.md files, so I don't know what I'm doing wrong.
Does anyone know how to get the README.md file to not appear in projects that consume the packages?
