Fixed Bamboo Generation + Added Warmth Effect

Fixed bamboo generation.
Cotton Socks will now give "Warmth" effect instead of "Speed".
There's no way to brew a potion with the "Warmth" effect.

Fixed Random Crashes + Ice not Generating Properly

Week #3 Update

Added Boot Recycler. Now you can turn unused boots into energy!
This block also works with boots from other mods. The following is the equation for the energy output for those boots.

Energy = (maxDurability ^ 2) / 2 + (armor + toughness) ^ 4 + (enchantability + enchantments) ^ 4
(Yes, the durability of the item doesn't matter. It just uses the max durability.)

Week #2 Update

Added 2 new boots.
Bat Boots - Allows you to walk on the ceiling. Leave the ceiling or press shift to fall.
Kill Aura Boots - Automatically attacks an enemy within a radius of 4 when you left click at the air.
