Mouse-over text sometimes "stuck" #76
Comments
Hey, I think this has happened to me in the past on rare occasions, but usually the text should vanish again if you just hover over the app icon again. Asking just in case: are you using the "current" version (1.3) or the "preview/beta" (1.4)? |
Thanks for your reply ^^ |
You can find it under the discussion tab at the top, or here: #55 |
Thanks a lot |
How can I check the version I'm using? Maybe one "About" option with info , version and www page to download |
@Mecak no idea how you got that mouse-over text to show up in black. All mouse-over texts I've checked on my machine (running Win10 21H2) were white even though I have the dark theme enabled. @saulob Currently, you can only see the version when you mouse over the exe in explorer (or the details tab of its properties). Caveat: the 1.4 "preview" still shows 1.3.1.0 as its version number since I didn't bother to change it in the code, so you'll only be able to tell it apart from the "real" 1.3.1 release by the new features available in the context menu. |
Thought so that it is probably a thing with win11... I might look into this, but consider it a very low priority since a) it's just aesthetics and b) I'll boycott win11 for as long as I can. |
