When a moderator or administrator logs in, they should be able to get to a control panel/dashboard with information that is specific for the role they have. For a moderator, it should show a list of posts, threads and users that has been reported using a report button. It should also show a similar list of PM's that has been reported. A moderator or administrator should never be able to view the content of PM's except for when the receiver choose to report it.
The lists should not contain posts or threads from forums that the moderator do not have access to moderate. We need to differentiate between a moderator that is responsible for a single (or a few) forums, and Global Moderators that can moderate all forums.
Administrators should have some more tools available - server load, space and bandwith would have been nice to see. Forum statistics, error logs, spam statistics etc.
