Same issue, new computer and I can't find it on Firefox. Getting this message when I go to the extension page from Google:

I'm trying to load the extension via firefox debug
It doesn't work.

$ run firefox, goto about:debugging, then load build/firefox/manifest.json

Anyone can explain how to do it?

Same. I have it installed on my desktop and it's working fine but on my new laptop, I'm unable to install it because it's been removed from the addon store.

The extension was probably removed from the addon store because the developer didn't agree to new terms and conditions or input some other information Mozilla was requesting because he's unable to be reached. A sad fate for one of my favorite extensions 😞

I think you can export your already installed addons.
You should be able to import from your desktop to your laptop.

It would also be nice of you if you could share the Twitch Now files here so we can also install it. (don't export your settings)

Done. Here's the xpi file. Just copied it from my desktop to my laptop and it installed perfectly.

Download

Install to C:\Users\YourUsername\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\YourInstall\extensions
Restart Firefox and you'll see a notification to enable the extension in the settings menu.

Install by dragging and dropping the xpi file directly into Firefox.

You can drag'n'drop the xpi file directly into your firefox extension window. No needs to restart firefox

Well if you didn't open the github issue, this happy closure wouldn't have happened.
So thank you, too!

@Ndragomirov Any update from you? Was the extension deliberately pulled from the Firefox store? Can we contribute anything to bring it back?

Pro tip: You don't have to move downloaded file to extensions folder. Just open Firefox, go to Settings -> Extensions -> Click on the gear icon next to Manage your extensions and select Install add-on from file. You don't even have to restart the browser.
