I am rather new to meep. I have used until now the SimpetusMeep Project no. 4 — Near-Infrared Absorption Spectra of CMOS Image Sensors to calculate the R,T,A for similar but bigger structures. However the simulation time for my structures is very high (15-30h using MPI). I wonder if using a single wavelength excitation (e.g. the ContinuousSource), instead of the GaussianSource, leads to shorter simulation time. Is there any example project for how to compute R,T,A from such a continuous wave simulation? Can I use the same code as in Simpetus Project no. 4 with the fluxes? Or is it a completely different approach?
