Paraview for 3D Visualisation

Hi all,

I'm using an M1 mac which doesn't have support for Mayavi at the moment, but I can output (using hdf5 etc) VTK files and have downloaded, so would be able to use Paraview for visualisation.

I have 2 questions, the first being - I tried to simualate and output the 3D structure in the tutorials but Paraview just gives me a grey screen for it - could I have assistance with how I would correctly output the simulation script to a h5 and then vtk for visualisation in Paraview (also any tips on using paraview are greatly appreciated!)

Secondarily, does paraview/meep have functionality to output different layers of a structure as different colours, so I can see where different layers of a stack are?

Fixed it - I managed to get mayavi working and outputting files
