I would like to ask, if I've unfortunately missed the registration, is there any chance that the recording video could be made public? |

Bummer, I missed the news of this, too! I hope there are plans for one next year, as I'll definitely try to attend! |

Dear colleagues,
Our free/open-source Meep software for FDTD electromagnetic modeling, which began in 2003 as an internal project at MIT, has evolved into a full-featured Python-controlled simulation tool with many thousands of users, developers at multiple institutions, and features ranging from gyromagnetic and nonlinear media to freeform inverse design, with applications ranging from RF antennas and silicon photonics to exotic physics. This summer, we are pleased to announce MeepCon 2022, our inaugural international meeting of Meep users and developers.
What was initially planned as a small developer meeting has grown into a 3-day conference, featuring tutorial workshops (July 27), technical talks (July 28), and a developer hackathon (July 29). You can attend either virtually or in-person, and recordings will also be made available later.
For more information, please see the MeepCon 2022 web site: https://meepcon.github.io.
Please register if you wish to attend either virtually or in-person.
Regards,
Steven G. Johnson (Massachusetts Institute of Technology)
Ardavan Oskooi (Google)
Alec Hammond (Georgia Institute of Technology)
