ZAP: Mobile Wireframes/Annotations and Subscribe User Flow

Goals

Helping AE visualize ZAP Alerts by clarifying the following:

• mobile view for subscribe to CD and/or Citywide, unsubscribe, email template -> will try dev mode annotations to see if that would be a feasible option then creating new frames
• user flows for mobile interactions
• clarifying the use case if a user wanted to alter their subscription at the ZAP Alerts sign up page when they are already a subscriber
• QA through feedback comments in PRs

Proposed Deadline

• Wed Oct 9 for updated wireframes
• Fri Oct 11 for hi-fi prototype

to-do:

sign up flow

• update privacy policy
• update subscribed page by changing text to indicate need to confirms subs through email
• create email wireframe for user to press confirm
• mobile frames to replicate above flow
• desktop prototype

modify subscription flow

if a user chooses to modify by inputting email. on the sign up page:

• enable text for user to click and navigate to modification page (mod page would similarly represent the sign up portion as they have corresponding functionality
• confirm modifications and send a confirmation email (no action for user just a list to indicate what users have edited)
• mobile wireframes
• desktop prototype

if a user choose to unsubscribe via the link on the email:

• link to modify page
• confirmation email like previous flow^

email template

• another wireframe once action is done to indicate final confirmation (for first time user)
• adjust wireframes to reflect one project at a time
• mobile wireframes

Updated: adjusted text for privacy and terms of use by adding corresponding hyperlinks, switch email template to version a to reflect one project update at a time, added confirmation email templates for when first time user subscribes
