Use Group Information for parcels not in Pluto

Are there any plans to include Use Group information as to each parcel in the Pluto database? This is an important piece of information and should not be disregarded. For example, one might want to map all Use Group 6 parcels not subject to Special Permits issue by BSA and not subject to override within a Special District. I apologize in advance if I am posting this issue in this way, for I have very little experience with GitHub.
