Bug: "Navigate to selected district" is covered by project list

Environment

iPhone 15, firefox

Observed behavior

When a district or a capital project is selected, the "Project(s)" panels overlaps the "Filter Menu" panel. On smaller screen sizes, the "Go to Selected District" (and sometimes even the "district" dropdown) is covered. This makes it impossible to navigate to a new district using that button.

Expected behavior

The "Go To Selected District" button should be reachable within only a few clicks
