versions.mk and common.mk use PATCH variable for different things #263

versions.mk assigns a part of the version string:

libnvidia-container/versions.mk

Line 44 in 6c8f1df

PATCH := $(word 3,$(VERSION_PARTS))

common.mk assigns a name of the patch utility:

libnvidia-container/mk/common.mk

Line 21 in 6c8f1df

PATCH ?= patch

Sooner or later this is going to cause problems 😇
