How to use epilogue operation Sm90LinCombEltAct?

I trying to implement $$Z = ReLu(A x B^T + b)$$ using CollectiveBuilder API on H100 and I got the $$Z = A x B^T + b$$ part working. But I'm having trouble adding ReLu on top of it.

Here is the relevant code snippet

Note I use EpilogueOp defined at the top in CollectiveEpilogue.
Based on this, I think I need to create Gemm arguments such that

How do I define the activation (say for ReLu) to pass in arguments.epilogue.thread?
I tried

using ActivationArguments = typename Sm90Compute<cutlass::epilogue::thread::ReLu, OutputType, ElementCompute, cutlass::FloatRoundStyle::round_to_nearest>::Arguments;
  ActivationArguments activation = ActivationArguments();

But I get this error

error: Sm90Compute is not a template
