Definition of pixel centers in centroiding algorithm #47

In order to consistently process image and centroided data. We need to know if the pixel centers are defined at integer or half-integer locations.

According to xcam, they are half-integer. The start of the indexing is to be confirmed.

xcam seem to suggest that the center of the first pixel will be at 1.5.

After a few back-and-forths xcam say that the center of the first pixel will be at (1,1)
