With zone multipliers, zone HVAC equipment capacities are equal to design load times the zone multiplier. So a zone multiplier of 10 will overstate capacity by 10x. This only influences zone HVAC equipment.

We should remove equipment size counts for zone HVAC equipment until we account for this in our models and reporting.
