Add copy products to s3 bucket capability on AWS

What new functionality do you need?

On AWS, and other CSPs, for real cases runs, user is more likely want to copy data from working lustre filesystem to s3 busket filesystem for longer time storage.

What are the requirements for the new functionality?

User should have already have a s3 bucket activated, so we can copy files from lustre to such s3 bucket.

Acceptance Criteria

Files can copy to s3 bucket with break any thing.
