After discussing with @junwang-noaa and @aerorahul, it has been decided that all UPP-related auxiliary files used by inline post either in the GEFS regression test within the ufs-weather-model repository or in the GEFS configuration within the global-workflow repository, will be linked to the UPP repository. @bingfu-NOAA @lipan-NOAA I will add aerosol fields from the GEFS v13 EP5r2 test in the UPP control files for GEFS.
