Why is UPP taking ME as 0?

Hello,
I'm trying to use an old version of UPP V3.2 as I need to process some WRF-NMM results. The process ends abruptly shortly after reading the file but it's not really telling much more (besides error mv: cannot stat 'WRFPRS00.tm00':..). I'm trying to figure out why it's not working, but the first step indicates that ME=0 (I've seen other output logs and ME was some integer, but not 0). Is there any reason why UPP would set this parameter to zero?

@coderodyhpc - Unfortunately, we don't have the resources to debug older versions of UPP. We'll move this to the Discussions Q&A section in case other users can weigh in. You might also try searching the historical archive in the WRF users forum to see if anyone else has encountered this issue.
