The wait for SSH port up task in KVM notebook does not work and shows an error UNREACHABLE! => {"changed": false, "msg": "Failed to connect to the host via ssh.", "unreachable": true} .

It is caused by delegate_to property (defined as XXX.XXX.XXX.1), and it should be 127.0.0.1.
