The 2023 NGEE-A tutorial wiki has a lot of great documentation for how to setup the necessary software to run the tutorial. We should port this to a readthedocs hosted page and build off of it.

  • port ngee-a tutorial wiki to docs
  • create a release tag from the tutorial branch
