Additional System Features

Phase V introduces new features that are not currently part of VegBank. Each of these could be implemented independently, and some are underspecified and so do not yet have time estimates. Features include the addition of DOIs as a mechanism to improve citation of VegBank data, the ability to periodically import plant community data from USNVC, and the ability for VegBank to be accessible as a DataONE member to increase discoverability of VegBank holdings.
