IOMB: add mean bias maps on depth surfaces besides surface #155

For example, mean bias from benchmark can be viewed at
http://www.cgd.ucar.edu/oce/klindsay/iomb/MarineChemistry/Silicate/b.e20.B1850.f09_g17.pi_control.all.262c/b.e20.B1850.f09_g17.pi_control.all.262c.html#AllModels
via pull down menu. This appears to be surface only. I would like to see this at different depths, such as: 0m, 105m, 350m, 800m, 1600m, 2400m, 4400m

@nocollier Should this ticket be filed in ILAMB's repo instead of here?
