We want to make sure we can run the script in the backend. To do this we need the following:

Install all script dependencies in a container
Include demo data set
Include example script setup with example parameters
Run the container on serve.scilifelab.se

Definition of done

There exists a container which includes all dependencies to run the script
The container can run on serve.scilifelab.se

Pausing work awaiting potential script improvements that may or may not change some of the dependencies (clustalw). The work is being done in #1

Initial clustalw setup has been started here in case we end up using it later: https://github.com/NBISweden/PLP_Design_Portal/tree/feat/4-make-script-run-in-backend
