NameError: global name 'Con' undefined on metric run

This came up in issue #3 by @lsapia, but deserves a separate issue thread.

Somehow the Con function from the arcpy.sa module is not importing properly.

I've changed the spatial analyst imports to be explicit, so if an error still remains it should happen sooner. Please also make sure your spatial analyst extension is enabled in ArcMap.

Hi Jeff thanks for your answer! I tried again with both enabling spatial analyst extensions and using the new fix...but again the same error:

I had problem of config. file run.
Config. file is ready but its just txt file and unable to execute what should i do.
