PEC comes unattached when I add experiment, And it will tell me I need a tool to attach, so I have only found one spot that it will attach. And yes, my Kerbal does have tools in his inventory.

@mwerle is now working on this mod. It's better to commit this in his fork. https://github.com/mwerle/OrbitalMaterialScience

@kirkz47 : Do you press "x" when attacing the PEC? You need a KIS tool in your inventory and "active".

Yesterday I discovered that you can "soft-attach" the PEC to a station using the new KIS by just dragging it, but that doesn't attach it properly. Ensure you hold down "X" and then click the mouse button to attach it properly. There should be a drill/screwdriver like sound effect when you do this.

PS. You also need an "Engineer" kerbal to do so.

I got it to attach. Now I'm having the problem of running them. I get the "start experiment,' I press it, it opens and then I get the "start experiment' again. And it doesn't do anything. The "exposure" meter never moves.

Do you have Kerbal Alarm Clock installed? There seems to be a bug where KEES experiments don't work properly without it. I'll fix that issue this weekend.
