UPDATE 30.05:
Updated the weights based on Snapshot 5: reduced by 35% based on the new Implied value of a Weight and added 6% for contribution this month. Resubmitted PR for Snaphot 5: #287.

Thanks for the advice. Can you please clarify which conflicts you are referring to?
