增加 URL Scheme 深度链接 实现一键播放音乐

URL Scheme可通过anywhere应用或日常程序（三星）快速调用应用内特定内容
如SurfBoard可以通过surfboard:///start 快速打开VPN且不会跳转到其应用页面

我希望可以添加一个URL Scheme 如 saltplayer://play 实现一键播放音乐的功能
现有的做法是通过调用tasker的媒体控制在启动salt palyer 后进行自动播放，但tasker的媒体控制功能在无ROOT模式下调用失败率较大。
播放逻辑希望是从当前音乐继续播放，或者从列表开头的歌曲进行播放。
