Add support for game Into The Radius (1.0/2.0) and Into The Radius 2

Both games are requested here due to their near identical file structure

Currently existing FoMod installers are broken with the updated extension, hence it not yet being released until i can get in contact with those mod devs (fomods expect to be in the PakDir currently, this is not intended)

I would love for this to be added, as I dont like Vortext and I prefer MO2
