Issue 5 from Gsonovb is 2 bugs but the description is ambiguous:-

Similar to sinedied mslearn-staticwebapp PR 88 I replaced node-sass with [email protected].
This worked fine on MAC but I got errors on Windows... So I had to delete and recreate the package-lock.json file. :(
Similar to nathanweeks mslearn-staticwebapp-api Issue 10 I bumped the ExtensionBundle version to "[1.*, 4.0.0)".
I also had to update azure-functions-core-tools...

npm install -g azure-functions-core-tools@latest
