Since node-sass v4.12.0 is no longer available on github, error 404 will be hit https://github.com/sass/node-sass/releases/download/v4.12.0/linux-x64-83_binding.node Need to upgrade to v5.0.0 to resolve the dependencies https://github.com/sass/node-sass/releases/download/v5.0.0/linux-x64-83_binding.node
