Feedback: Provide more guidance to Azure Stack HCI and Low Bandwidth/Disconnected Scenarios

Hey Team! We have a lot of customers in low bandwidth/disconnected scenarios that are interested in leveraging the Azure Virtual Desktop on Azure Stack HCI and I think we could use some more public guidance on what will/will not work today.

It would also help if we can call out any of the limitations in Azure Government for those customers as well. Thanks again for your support!
