I tried to do this, but only visit start time is given. Is there any way to determine visit time?

Not sure, but maybe there are times given for transactions? This could serve as a proxy for visit "end time" if not exact.

Another interpretation of Shuao's idea would be to explore the spacing between visits, and how this changes over time. For example, do people typically visit frequently right before a transaction?
