Currently, the Contribution Tracker retrieves basic data about contributions. This issue proposes integrating with the Git API to access richer details and enhance contribution insights.

Additional Information from Git API:

• Pull request titles and descriptions.
• Issue titles and descriptions (if contributions involve issues).
• Names of co-authors on commits (if applicable).

Acceptance Criteria:

• Integration with the Git API to retrieve additional details about contributions.
• Pull requests and issue titles/descriptions are displayed in the "More Details" section.
• (Optional) Names of co-authors on commits are displayed (considering privacy concerns).
