Experiment manager breaks 3D view #714

To reproduce:

Load tutorial 1, e.g. on OSB
View default network in 3D, e.g.
Add an experiment, e.g. iterating over the number of cells:
Run the experiment
Load one of the trials, e.g. 3 cells
View in 3D:
So correct number of cells, but morphology squashed. Same happenned with other experiments changing other parameters

Any sign of this before @ddelpiano @salvadord?

oh interesting, more salami! I haven't seen this issue before, but might be because I hadn't checked the 3D view of different trials.
