Release Update

Hi Everyone,

Thanks for your patience with the UM, JULES and LFRic Apps releases.

All tickets are now on the trunks for the UM and JULES releases and we are commencing the release process for these repositories. We're also down to the last handful of tickets to review for LFRic and then we can commence with splitting the repository into LFRic Apps and LFRic Core. Everything has been going smoothly, there has just been a lot of reviewing to do!

Progress will be slowed over the next couple of weeks due to various team members taking annual leave so do bear with us.
