Describe the bug

We probably reduced the figuresize too much in #786.

How to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Plot a spatial plot.
2. Observe it is broken.

Expected behaviour

The plot title should not overlap. Probably target 10 by 10 inch figure size, but will have to check. Make sure to test with a long title.

Could possibly determine the plot aspect ratio (given plot operator is passed the cube, ratio of lat/lon size. Will roughly work for mercator projections, or at least be a sensible first order guess), to avoid colorbar conflicts. Could also explore the GridSpec library
