Plea to open source the firmware

The screen firmware being closed source really limits the useability of this device. Last firmware update was on 2023-06-05 and the available functions are very limited if not buggy.

I propose open sourcing the firmware to allow the community to improve and adapt it to community needs instead of what it is now

Please make it OpenSource, i'd like to play with it and the "Halo demo" is not enouth. It's a real shame your product is doomed to fail and disappear. It was a nice alternative to Knomi but without a follow-up ... sure death.
