因为安卓模拟器默认是不使用桥接网络的，不与电脑处于同一局域网。

如果使用模拟器请使用雷电模拟器
在雷电模拟器右上角
点击有一个三个横线的菜单栏，会弹出下拉菜单
点击软件设置
点击网络设置
网络桥接模式选择开启
桥接网卡那一栏里有让你安装桥接网卡的驱动，点击安装后重启
你的模拟器就会和你的处于同一可以沟通的局域网中.
