OSX programs should be signed so that they don't throw security warnings.

Describe the solution you'd like

enroll in apple developer program: https://developer.apple.com/programs/
get developer id: https://developer.apple.com/developer-id/
change workflow to sign with jpackage
test new system works and security is cool with new method

Describe alternatives you've considered
Workaround is every OSX user has to do manual drudgery.
