Will it simulate an .app build?

I've been having issues getting an up-to-date Mac to build my Applications; thus I'm only an Android Developer.

I want to release on Apple's App Store too, but beings I only have Windowed Devices and Google Guarded Pkgs I can't distribute to the Apple iOS App Store(s).

I been seeking an emulator/build environment which will build and compile the .app for me to integrate a bundled experience for me to distribute to the Apple App Store.
