Give "special" sys error matrices (fSysErrorMatrix) clear nomenclature #7

These were unfortunately named. There is not always a clear distinction between these "special" error matrices and those derived from error bands. There is no way to get a list of just these special matrices. They mingle with the calculated shape-only versions.
