Questions about Multiplexing feature

Hi,

We are trying to search multiplexing DIA data using alphaDIA tool but couldn't figure out how to specify the channels in the settings. What should we put in the channel filter and target channels in method settings? We are using dimethyl-labeled peptide samples and a library from FragPipe instead of a predicted one.
