This PR adds experimental MPS support for editable installations, and adds MPS acceleration to models served by the api.
New instructions for editable installation:
pip install dev-requirements.txtpip install macos-requirements.txtpip install -e .This setup Works On My Machine™ but more testing is definitely needed to ensure compatibility.
