Some GNURadio blocks (gr-ccsds and lpdc) used in the flowgraph are hosted on non-public repositories. Are there any plans to release the source code of theses blocks?

If not, would it be possible for you to provide binaries of these blocks for different CPU architectures (x86, ARM, etc...)?
