Display submission status of projects on the "submission info" page in the admin console #2319

There is a page in the admin console (https://physionet.org/console/submitted-projects/SLUG/info/) that displays details of submitted projects to the editorial team:

The screenshot below shows this page for project 7DQhv6xsTpdHPSisOVVq in the dev system:

It would be helpful to display the submission status of the project on this page. e.g. is it awaiting assignment to an editor, awaiting a decision, etc?
