  1. Include Serial and Client numbers
  2. Medications should be added incrementally
  3. Add investigations with options for Syphillis and HB tests separate
  4. Add a provider
  5. Change the name of the register.

ANC Register

  1. Encounter date is missing
  2. Client Number is missing
  3. Visit Number has lognocaine batch number
  4. Provider field should be a drop down
  5. Change the blood pressure field to reflect both the diastolic and systolic phase.

  1. Date chart opened and Date if NVP start should not allow future dates
  2. Hide the Other Specify field unless the option is selected
  3. Neuro tube defects is missing
  4. Mode of delivery should be a drop-down
  5. Transfer out date should
