.7z no-compression (copy) mode doesn't work. Anytime compressed.

Hi, I use NanaZip 3.1 (3.1.1080.0) , and found probrem

I try making 7z file format with mode "Level 1(no-compression) ",
but it always generate compressed .7z file.

This dialog command made "LZMA2:18" 7z file, but we expects "COPY".

However, ZIP compression with no-compression makes corrent .zip file.
It looks 7z filetype only probrem.

i confirm level 1 compress and allows compression algoritm to be changed.
