Two applications I am running, gedit and qalculate, do not seem to be themed properly.

Qalculate takes the titlebar theme properly, but the app area is bright. I have confirmed that using a theme like Adwaita (dark) properly colors the window.

gedit seems to refuse to take any part of the theme at all.
